Responsibilities

Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our team. As a Business Consultant, your role will involve providing advice and guidance to clients in various aspects of business operations. This includes offering strategic solutions and driving business growth. Having a background in business knowledge and familiarity with accounting firms is an advantage. Fluency in Chinese is also required to effectively communicate with our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough analysis of clients' business operations, including financial performance and market trends.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop customized solutions.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support informed decision-making.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and emerging trends.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and emerging technologies in business consulting.



Qualifications

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Business Consultant or similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business principles, practices, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with accounting firms is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin or Cantonese) for effective client communication.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
