Project Director - Jitsamrit Development Company Limited

·        Manage and coordinate multiple end-to-end hotel chain construction projects from pre-construction to final handover.

·        Review, read, and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure alignment with brand standards and design intent.

·        Coordinate with hotel brand representatives, owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.

·        Lead the coordination meetings with the client, consultants, designers, contractors and suppliers and proactively resolve issues.

·        Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, brand guidelines, and local regulations.

·        Organize and plan project tasks, schedules and budgeting.  Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed in the event of the project change.

·        Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

·        Negotiate the contracts, prepare the purchase orders, certify all payments with the contractors and suppliers.

·        Performing other duties as assigned, in alignment with the company’s discretion and organizational needs.Identify drawing discrepancies, design clashes, or constructability issues and coordinate timely resolutions.

·        Manage change orders, variation requests, and drawing revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

·        Lead regular site meetings, coordination meetings, and progress reviews with all stakeholders.

·        Ensure compliance with safety standards, hotel brand requirements, and statutory regulations.

·        Handle contract administration, claim verifications, and project closeout.

·        Oversee project close-out activities, including inspections, defect lists, as-built drawings, and final handover.

·        Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully.

·        Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standard expected.

·        Monitor the working process and working methods of partners/sub-contractors.

·        Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

·      Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with hotel chain or branded hotel projects.

·        Experience Hotel with international hotel chain project is a plus

·        Strong ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

·        In-depth knowledge of hotel construction processes, materials, and MEP coordination.

·        Proven experience managing multiple contractors and consultants.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Proficiency in project management.

·        Must be fluent in English communication, both verbal and written.

·        Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

·        Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.

·        Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.

·        Self-motivated, result oriented and organized with ability to deliver against deadlines.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

·        Positive and able to work independently.

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

·        Willing to travel domestic and overseas.

·        Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
