Merchandising Manager - Auto Business Corporation Co., Ltd.

Responsible for driving category growth and profitability for Automotive REM (Replacement Equipment Manufacturer) Aftermarket products. The role oversees merchandising strategy, supplier management, product assortment, pricing, and promotional planning while leading a team of Merchandisers to achieve sales and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Category Strategy & Performance

- Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales, GP, and market share targets

- Analyze sales performance, stock movement, and margin by SKU

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics

- Identify new product opportunities and manage product lifecycle

2. Supplier & Product Management

- Manage relationships with REM aftermarket suppliers (local & overseas)

- Negotiate pricing, trading terms, rebates, and promotional support

- Ensure product availability and healthy inventory turnover

3. Merchandising & Team Leadership

- Lead and supervise 4–5 Merchandising team members

- Set KPI, monitor performance, and provide coaching & development

- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Warehouse)

- Ensure accurate product listing, pricing updates, and promotion execution

4. Promotion & Commercial Planning

- Plan and implement promotional campaigns in collaboration with Sales & Marketing

- Control trade spend and promotional ROI

- Support sales team with product knowledge and commercial initiatives

5. Reporting & Management

- Prepare monthly category performance reports

- Present business review and action plans to Merchandising Manager

- Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions
