Responsibilities

  • Record all expenses accurately and maintain detailed transaction records.
  • Obtain necessary documentation from vendors, including invoices, receipts, and purchase orders, to support all incurred expenses.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with auditors, consultants, and outsourced accounting teams.
  • Prepare monthly tax reports (PND 1, 3, 53) and annual tax reports (PND 50), including Social Security Fund submissions.
  • Manage banking duties and petty cash operations.
  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in airlines accounting or finance is a plus.
