Responsibilities
- Adhere to New Product Introduction (NPI) timelines.
- Review NPI Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) for Thailand buy levels.
- Source new Intercompany parts and H2K parts.
- Set up Material Master data for new NPI parts.
- Configure SIA, MRC, and GTNexus for new supplier onboarding.
- Release Purchasing Orders (PO), Supplier Agreements (SA/SDPO), and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to suppliers.
- Monitor and follow up on shipment deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize waste.
- Control engineering changes, including fade-in/fade-out processes and RSSM.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience using SAP for material planning.
- Ability to sequence work to meet targeted delivery dates for multiple and critical orders.
- Ability to coordinate capacity and materials planning for net demand within a planning period.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to address critical issues and resolve major problems.
- Ability to organize problem solvers and lead problem resolution efforts.
- Ability to develop successful resolutions to critical or wide-impact problems.
- Ability to lead meetings with suppliers and confidently present projects.
- Ability to accurately analyze situations and make productive decisions based on informed judgment.
