Responsibilities

Executive Support

* Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements.
* Prioritize schedules and ensure efficient time management.
* Prepare briefing notes, meeting materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
* Attend meetings as assigned and prepare minutes and follow-up action items.
* Monitor and manage incoming communications, emails, and requests.

Stakeholder Coordination

* Serve as a key liaison with business leaders, government agencies, academic institutions, professional associations, media representatives, and other external stakeholders.
* Coordinate meetings, networking engagements, conferences, and special events.
* Maintain professional relationships with high-level contacts.

Project & Administrative Management

* Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate execution of assignments.
* Organize and maintain confidential documents, records, and databases.
* Conduct research and prepare background information for meetings, speeches, and strategic initiatives.

Event & Public Engagement Support

* Assist in the preparation and coordination of public speaking engagements, interviews, seminars, conferences, and official functions.
* Support media and public relations activities as assigned.
* Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, Political Science, Law, International Relations, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role supporting senior executives.
* Excellent command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
* Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience supporting C-suite executives, chairpersons, government officials, university executives, or public figures.
* Strong network and familiarity with government agencies, professional associations, or academic institutions.
* Experience coordinating high-profile events and stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to work flexibly outside normal business hours when required.
