Area Sales Supervisor (iStudio) - S P V I Public Company Limited

1. Store Operations & Standards

    • Ensure all stores comply with company visual merchandising, brand presentation, and Apple product display standards.

    • Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to operational SOPs and company guidelines.

    • Implement corrective actions and provide support for continuous improvement.

2. Team Leadership & Training

    • Manage, coach, and motivate Store leaders and their teams to maximize performance.

    • Coordinate regular training sessions on Apple products, sales techniques, and customer service.

    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for store personnel.

3. Customer Experience

    • Ensure consistent delivery of premium service and technical support to customers.

    • Monitor and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.

    • Promote customer feedback initiatives to improve service quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or channel area sales manager or supervisor (preferably in IT, consumer electronics, or telecom).

• Proven experience managing multiple retail outlets or store teams.

• Strong communication, people and leadership skills.

• Excellent knowledge of Apple products and technology trends.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems (POS, BI tools).

• Ability to travel frequently within Bangkok and upcountry.
