Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key education B2B projects (K12 , Hi-ed , AAES)
- Identify and drive business opportunities with a focus on sustainable growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners
- Track project milestones, KPIs, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Provide strategic insights to support the direction and growth of the B2B division
- Foster a high-performance culture through goal setting, coaching, and empowerment
- Present project updates and business analyses to Head of Enterprise & Education
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B business development, project management, or education sales.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise client needs and solution-based selling
- Proven ability to lead high-impact projects and deliver measurable business results
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ people
- Excellent command of both Thai and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in project management tools and pipeline management.
