Responsibilities
- สนับสนุน VP Commercial ในการบริหารและติดตามการดำเนินงานของทุกช่องทางค้าปลีก (iStudio, U-Store, AIS, Mobi) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานระหว่างสำนักงานใหญ่ (HQ) และหน้าร้าน เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานด้าน Retail Operations และ Retail Support เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำ รวบรวม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้าน Retail Operations เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของ VP Commercial
- ดูแลความถูกต้องและความทันสมัยของฐานข้อมูล รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตาม ประสานงาน และผลักดันการดำเนินงานของทีมและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้สามารถดำเนินงานได้ตามเป้าหมายสนับสนุน VP Commercial ในงานด้านการประสานงาน การติดตามโครงการ และการบริหารงานเชิงกลยุทธ์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สร้างและส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมการทำงานแบบ Ownership, Proactive และการทำงานร่วมกันอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพภายในทีมและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, or Commercial roles.
- Experience in IT, Technology Solutions, or related industries is preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to evaluate business opportunities and financial feasibility (ROI)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Proactive and highly driven with strong ownership mindset
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
