Responsibilities
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการออเดอร์ของ Shopee, Lazada, TikTok
-รับและตรวจสอบออเดอร์รายวัน พร้อมจัดลำดับการแพ็คให้ตรง SLA
-ประสานงานกับคลังสินค้า (Warehouse) และขนส่ง (Kerry, Flash, J&T)
-ตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้า และจัดทำเอกสาร Shipment (Packing/Shipping List)
-จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน เช่น จำนวนออเดอร์, On-time Delivery, ต้นทุน
-บริหารทีมแพ็คสินค้า และจัดตารางการทำงาน
-วางแผนและจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์แพ็คสินค้า พร้อมทำ PR
-บันทึกและติดตามค่าใช้จ่าย (Actual vs Budget)
Qualifications
-อายุ: 22–35 ปี
-การศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
-สาขา: บริหารธุรกิจ / โลจิสติกส์ / Supply Chain
-ประสบการณ์: 1–3 ปี (ด้านคลังสินค้า / ขนส่ง / e-commerce เช่น Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
-MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) Google Sheets
-ระบบ ERP / ระบบคลังสินค้า
-การบริหารทีม
-การแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า (Urgent issues)
-การทำงานภายใต้ Deadline
-การประสานงานและเจรจากับพาร์ทเนอร์ขนส่ง
