Responsibilities
- วางแผน,สร้างสรรค์แนวทาง เพื่อผลักดันยอดขายภาพรวมของสาขา ตาม Target ที่บริษัทกำหนด และ Performance KPI AIS กำหนด
- บริหาร จัดการ ควบคุม การให้บริการของสาขา ให้ดำเนินงานตามระเบียบ และขั้นตอนที่ บริษัทกำหนด วางแผนเพิ่ม Knowledge ให้กับทีมงาน, สร้างเทคนิคการขาย ตลอดจนทักษะการขายของทีม
- ผ่านการทดสอบ Competency และ ประเมินวัดผลประจำเดือน ของ AIS ที่กำหนด ตามตำแหน่ง และทีม
- ปฏิบัติงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี และมีวินัย ความรับผิดชอบสูง
- อื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ปฏิบัติงาน6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (เวลาเป็นกะ)
Qualifications
- เพศ : ไม่ระบุ
- อายุ(ปี) : 22 - 30
- ระดับการศึกษา : ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี
- มีทักษะการขาย, ประสบการณ์การขายสินค้า IT มีความรู้เชิงเทคนิคสินค้ามือถือ (APPLE หรือ มัลติแบรนด์)
- มีประสบการณ์ตรง ช่องทาง AIS Shop หรือ ร้านจำหน่ายมือถือ ในตำแหน่ง Store Manager
- ไม่มีรอยสักนอกภายนอก อื่นๆตามเงื่ยนไขเบื้องต้น ตามAIS กำหนด
- มีภาวะะความเป็นผู้นำสูง, รับผิดชอบสูง , ชอบเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ รักมีความท้าทาย
