Product Trainer - S P V I Public Company Limited

1. Product Knowledge & Training

• Develop and deliver product training programs covering Apple products and related accessories.

• Provide product knowledge, features, benefits, specifications, and usage demonstrations to sales teams.

• Ensure sales staff have up-to-date knowledge of new product launches, product updates, and promotions.

2. Training Material Development

• Prepare training materials, presentations, product guides, and demonstration content.

• Develop engaging learning activities and practical product demonstrations to enhance product understanding.

• Update training content to reflect the latest product information and market trends.

3. New Product Launch Support

• Coordinate product training sessions for new product launches and updates.

• Communicate product information and key selling points to relevant sales teams.

• Support sales teams in preparing for product launches and promotional campaigns.

4. Sales Performance & Coaching

• Provide coaching to sales staff on product presentations, demonstrations, and customer engagement techniques.

• Recommend effective selling approaches based on product features and customer needs.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve product knowledge and sales performance.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent product information.

• Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to support product campaigns and business objectives.

• Monitor training attendance, collect feedback, and prepare training performance reports.

• Aged between 28 and 35 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in product training, sales training, retail sales, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Apple products, consumer electronics, or IT products is a plus.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in training facilitation, knowledge sharing, and coaching.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Willingness and ability to travel to retail stores and branches to conduct training sessions.
• Proactive, service-minded, and capable of effective coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
