Responsibilities
- Develop and own retail marketing strategy on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis to support business and sales objectives
- Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets for assigned channels with ROI-driven thinking
- Plan and execute strategic offline and online marketing plans to drive store traffic, engagement, and penetration
- Lead and manage offline marketing initiatives, including in-store media, workshops, events, roadshows, and mall collaborations
- Develop marketing communication plans, campaign messaging, and content direction across online and offline channels
- Translate strategy into clear execution plans, covering timeline, budget, resource allocation, and communication materials
- Plan and manage social media calendars and content (Facebook, LINE, eDM) to support retail campaigns and store activities
- Collaborate closely with retail sales, digital, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand communication and in-store execution
- Lead artwork briefing and direction for graphic teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure consistency with brand guidelines
- Take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns for offline retail touchpoints
- Coordinate with malls, partners, agencies, and vendors as a key marketing contact
- Monitor, track, and analyze marketing performance, providing insights, learnings, and optimization recommendations
- Work cross-functionally with digital teams to support Online-to-Offline (O2O) customer journeys
- Act as a senior contributor, providing guidance and direction to junior team members and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Any gender
- Age between 30–35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in retail marketing, store activities, workshops, and in-store / in-mall campaign management
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end retail or offline marketing campaigns
- Experience in collaborating with malls, landlords, and external partners
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, especially social media platforms
- Passion for Apple products with a strong customer-centric mindset
- Self-starter with strong ownership; eager to explore new ideas and concepts
- Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience in premium retail, technology, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Experience in marketing communication (MarCom), campaign messaging, and content planning
- Ability to create integrated communication plans across online and offline channels
- Good understanding of branding and customer communication
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and vendors
