Responsibilities
- งานปิดงบการเงิน (Financial Closing) รายปี ให้เป็นไปตาม Timeline ที่กำหนด
- จัดทำงบการเงินและหมายเหตุประกอบงบการเงินตามมาตรฐาน TFRS (เช่น TFRS 9, TFRS 15, TFRS 16) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการแสดงรายการถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (PP.30), ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (PND.3, 53) และภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล (PND.50, 51) พร้อมนำส่งกรมสรรพากร
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายตรวจสอบภายในเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ากระบวนการทำงานสอดคล้องกับหลักการควบคุมภายในที่ดี (Compliance)
- จัดเตรียมรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน (Reconcile) และเอกสารต่างๆ เพื่อรองรับการตรวจสอบจาก External Auditor
- จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์กระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร (Bank Reconcile) และทะเบียนสินทรัพย์ถาวร (Fixed Assets)
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี ในงานบัญชี (หากมีประสบการณ์จากบริษัทมหาชน หรือจากสำนักงานตรวจสอบบัญชี Big 4 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีใบรับรอง CPD
- มีความเข้าใจอย่างดีในมาตรฐานการบัญชี TFRS for PAEs
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายภาษีอากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ
- สามารถใช้งาน MS Excel ได้ในระดับสูง (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
- มีประสบการณ์ใช้งานโปรแกรม ERP (E-count, Flow Account)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีวินัยในการส่งมอบงานตามกำหนดเวลาและมีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
