Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices and payment requests accurately and on time
- Perform 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and receiving documents)
- Prepare and execute payments while ensuring proper approvals and documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accurate records and support month-end closing and audits
Qualifications
- Age not over 40 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Experience in WinSpeed accounting system is an advantage
