Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct Work Study and Time Study to establish operational standards
- Develop Capacity Planning and Manpower Planning to align with production needs
- Monitor and analyze Machine Utilization and resource effectiveness
- Implement and promote Lean Manufacturing principles to minimize waste
- Prepare production efficiency-related KPI reports and propose corrective actions
- Coordinate with production and other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Understanding and practical experience with IE tools such as Work Study, Time Study, and Lean Manufacturing
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to present actionable insights
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and relevant engineering software
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the textile industry, such as knitting, weaving, dyeing, or finishing, is a plus.
