Senior Industrial Engineering - Nan Yang Textile Group

• Analyze and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Conduct Work Study and Time Study to establish operational standards
• Develop Capacity Planning and Manpower Planning to align with production needs
• Monitor and analyze Machine Utilization and resource effectiveness
• Implement and promote Lean Manufacturing principles to minimize waste
• Prepare production efficiency-related KPI reports and propose corrective actions
• Coordinate with production and other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Understanding and practical experience with IE tools such as Work Study, Time Study, and Lean Manufacturing
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to present actionable insights
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and relevant engineering software
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in the textile industry, such as knitting, weaving, dyeing, or finishing, is a plus.
