We’re looking for a creative yet structured Event & Partnership Coordinator to bring our brand to life through impactful events and meaningful partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with execution — from planning events to building partnerships that deliver real value to our users and community.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute on-brand events, activations, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
- Identify, evaluate, and manage event and partnership opportunities aligned with branding and business objectives
- Develop and support partnerships that create mutual benefits (e.g. bPoint redemptions, exclusive user perks, co-branded activities)
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Community teams to ensure smooth execution and maximum impact
- Manage event timelines, vendors, logistics, and basic budgets
- Support post-event reporting and performance evaluation to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in event coordination, partnerships, marketing, or brand-related roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills; comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
- Creative mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Proficient in Thai and English (spoken and written)
