Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Tasker Operations Manager to lead our Tasker supply and community. You will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, engaging, and managing our Taskers (housekeepers, technicians, massage therapists) to ensure high-quality service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new Taskers across services.
  • Maintain relationships and ensure regular engagement with Taskers.
  • Monitor performance, resolve issues, and handle escalations related to Taskers.
  • Build and manage a strong Tasker community through activities and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Operations to match Taskers with bookings.
  • Design and conduct training programs to improve Tasker service quality.
  • Analyze supply metrics and take action to ensure service coverage and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, field recruitment, or partner/community management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on and willing to travel or be on-site with Taskers.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in gig platforms, service marketplaces, or startup environments is a plus.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in Marketplace, Tech Startup, Logistics, Ride-Hailing, Delivery, or On-Demand platforms.
  • Experience launching new products, services, or markets.
  • Experience working with KPIs, OKRs, SQL, Excel, Looker Studio, or BI tools.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects.
