bTaskee is Southeast Asia's leading home services platform, connecting customers with trusted Service Partners (Taskers), including house cleaners, air-conditioner technicians, massage therapists, and other home service professionals.

We are looking for a Supply & Operations Partner Manager to lead the growth and operational excellence of our Service Partner network. This role is responsible for ensuring we have the right supply of qualified partners, maintaining service quality, and creating an outstanding partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Planning & Partner Recruitment

• Forecast service demand and maintain sufficient partner supply across service categories and locations.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified Service Partners.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.

Partner Onboarding & Training

• Lead onboarding, orientation, and certification programs.
• Improve operational SOPs and training materials.
• Ensure Service Partners meet bTaskee's quality standards.

Partner Engagement & Retention

• Build strong relationships with Service Partners.
• Organize engagement activities and incentive programs.
• Improve partner retention and satisfaction.

Performance & Operations Management

• Monitor operational KPIs such as:
  • Active Partner Supply
  • Job Acceptance Rate
  • Fulfillment Rate
  • Cancellation Rate
  • Customer Rating
• Coach underperforming partners.
• Resolve operational issues and escalations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Customer Support, Marketing, and Tech teams.
• Represent partner feedback to improve products and operational processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
  • Operations Management
  • Marketplace Operations
  • Partner Management
  • Community Management
  • Vendor Management
  • Supply Operations
• Experience managing freelance workers, service providers, vendors, or partner communities.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
• SQL or BI tools are a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
