Responsibilities
1.วัตถุประสงค์ (Job Purpose)
1.1.รับผิดชอบจัดเตรียมและดูแลเอกสารของคลังสินค้า สรุปและจัดทําสต๊อกสินค้าให้ตรงตามความเป็นจริง
1.2.รับผิดชอบประสานงานก ับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสินค้าและบริการให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
2.งานด้านเอกสาร
2.1 ทำเอกสาร PR สั่งสินค้าเข้าสนต๊อก
2.2 ตัดสต๊อกสินค้าให้ตรงกับในระบบสินค้า
2.3 จัดทำใบสั่งผลิตเพื่อผลิตสินค้าเข้าสต๊อก
2.4 สรุปเอกสารให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.การจัดเก็บและเบิกสินค้า
3.1 ตรวจสอบการจัดเก็บสินค้า
3.2 ตรวจสอบการเบิกจ่ายสินค้าตามเอกสาร
3.3 ตรวจนับสต๊อก
4.การติดต่อประสานงาน
4.1 รับโทรศัพท์ , รับเรื่องแทนหัวหน้า
4.2 ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4.3 ดำเนินงานตามระบบคุณภาพ ISO 9001:2018
4.5 เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมบริษัท
4.6 งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1.ปริญญาตรี การจัดการคลังสินค้า โลจิสติกส์ , ซับพลายเชน , หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือผู้มีประสบการณ์ทำงานคลังสินค้า
2. ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
3. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
4. อายุ 23-35 ปี
