Responsibilities
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities) (สินค้าผงเหล็กอุตสาหกรรม และเคมีภัณฑ์)
1. การวางแผนและบริหารงานขาย
กำหนดกลยุทธ์และแผนการขายประจำปีให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของบริษัท
จัดทำงบประมาณการขาย (Sales Budget) และติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน
กำหนดเป้าหมายยอดขายและ KPI ของทีมขาย
วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มตลาด สภาพการแข่งขัน และโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่
2. การบริหารลูกค้าและการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
ดูแลและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าหลัก (Key Accounts)
ขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่ในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย
เข้าพบลูกค้าเพื่อเจรจาทางธุรกิจ นำเสนอสินค้า และปิดการขาย
สำรวจความต้องการของลูกค้าและนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขที่เหมาะสม
รับข้อร้องเรียนและประสานงานเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้าอย่างรวดเร็ว
3. การบริหารทีมงานขาย
บริหาร ควบคุม และพัฒนาศักยภาพทีมขายให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ให้คำแนะนำ สนับสนุน และติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของทีม
วางแผนการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาทักษะด้านการขายและความรู้ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์
ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานและจัดทำแผนพัฒนาพนักงาน
4. การประสานงานภายในองค์กร
ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า ฝ่ายผลิต และฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า
ร่วมวางแผนการจัดส่งสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา
ติดตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อและการส่งมอบสินค้าให้ลูกค้า
5. การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและรายงานผล
จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย รายงานลูกค้า และรายงานกิจกรรมทางการตลาด
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยอดขายและกำไรของแต่ละผลิตภัณฑ์
นำเสนอรายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บริหารเป็นประจำ
เสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการขายเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพองค์กร

การศึกษา
ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ วัสดุศาสตร์ โลหการ เคมีอุตสาหกรรม บริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายสินค้าอุตสาหกรรม หรือเคมีภัณฑ์ ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมขายอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านผงโลหะ ผงเหล็ก เคมีภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม วัสดุทนไฟ หรือวัตถุดิบอุตสาหกรรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
ความรู้และทักษะ
มีทักษะด้านการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง และการนำเสนอ
มีภาวะผู้นำและสามารถบริหารทีมงานได้ดี
มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์
สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ทั้งการพูด อ่าน และเขียน
มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้าต่างจังหวัดได้
