Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Job Description)
1. วางแผนและผลิตสื่อการตลาด
- วางแผนแนวทางและจัดทำสื่อโฆษณา/ประชาสัมพันธ์ทั้ง Online และ Offline
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานหรือ Supplier ในการผลิตสื่อ
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและความถูกต้องของสื่อก่อนเผยแพร่
- ออกแบบหรือจัดทำสื่อเบื้องต้นได้ เช่น Canva, Photoshop หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. ดูแลกิจกรรมการตลาดและประชาสัมพันธ์
- วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย
- ดูแลช่องทาง Social Media ของบริษัท เช่น Facebook, Website, Line OA
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า สื่อ และหน่วยงานภายนอก
- ดูแลภาพลักษณ์และการสื่อสารขององค์กร
3. วิเคราะห์และติดตามผล
- ติดตามผลลัพธ์ของแคมเปญการตลาด
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลูกค้าและคู่แข่ง
- สรุปรายงานผลการดำเนินงานและเสนอแนวทางพัฒนา
4. งานสนับสนุนทั่วไป
- จัดทำเอกสารและรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดเก็บข้อมูลการตลาดอย่างเป็นระบบ
- ปฏิบัติงานตามระบบคุณภาพของบริษัท
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 23–35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาด ประชาสัมพันธ์ หรือสื่อสารองค์กร อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี (หากมีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้ดี
- สามารถใช้ Canva / Photoshop เพื่อจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์เบื้องต้นได้
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจด้าน Social Media Marketing เช่น Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line OA
- หากสามารถใช้ Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมตัดต่อวิดีโอเบื้องต้น เช่น CapCut ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการเขียนคอนเทนต์ และคิดแคปชั่นสำหรับสื่อออนไลน์ได้
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ กล้าเสนอไอเดียใหม่ ๆ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
⭐ มีทักษะถ่ายภาพสินค้า / ถ่ายวิดีโอ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
⭐ มีประสบการณ์ดูแลเพจบริษัท หรือทำคอนเทนต์ออนไลน์มาก่อน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
⭐ หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
