Responsibilities
- รับและประสานงานสายโทรศัพท์จากบุคคลภายนอก ให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น และเชื่อมต่อสายไปยังหน่วยงานหรือบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแลการเบิกจ่ายวัสดุอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน พร้อมบันทึกข้อมูลการเบิกจ่ายให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ดูแลการเบิกจ่ายยาสามัญประจำสำนักงาน และตรวจสอบจำนวนคงเหลือให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน
- จัดทำเอกสาร จัดเก็บข้อมูล และดำเนินงานด้านธุรการทั่วไป
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- อายุระหว่าง 20 – 40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 (ม.6) หรือประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) ขึ้นไป
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมสำนักงานเป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สุภาพ และมีใจรักงานบริการ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถประสานงานได้ และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการปฏิบัติงาน
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา และพร้อมเรียนรู้งานใหม่ ๆ
