Responsibilities
- วางแผน บริหาร ควบคุม กำกับดูแล การปฏิบัติการสรรหา
- บริหารจัดการงานเงินเดือน ค่าตอบแทน ปรับปรุง แก้ไข สำรวจการจัดทำโครงสร้างเงินเดือน
- วางแผน บริหาร กำกับดูแล และควบคุมการปฏิบัติการ ประกาศ ข้อบังคับ ระเบียบ และการบังคับใช้ วันหยุด การลา ให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับของบริษัทฯ
- วางแผน บริหาร กำกับดูแล ควบคุมและการปฏิบัติการ สอบสวนวินิจฉัยข้อเท็จจริง และดำเนินการทางวินัย
- วางแผน บริหาร กำกับดูแลและควบคุมการปฏิบัติการ ความเสี่ยงทางด้านแรงงานและความปลอดภัยในการทำงานและมาตรการป้องกัน
- จัดทำการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำปีและสมรรถนะของพนักงาน งานปรับเงินเดือน โบนัส เลื่อนตำแหน่ง
- บริหารทีมงานจัดทำรายงานประจำเดือนและพัฒนาระบบงานและสนับสนุนงานบุคคล
- ประสานกับผู้จัดการของบริษัทในเครือและสาขาต่าง ๆ ในการสื่อสารด้านนโยบายและสนับสนุน
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• A minimum of ten years of human resource management experience preferred.
• Employee Relation (ER), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) highly desired.
