Responsibilities
- Monitor workplace safety, occupational health, and environmental conditions to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments, including those for new machinery and equipment.
- Investigate workplace accidents, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare safety procedures, reports, emergency plans, and required legal documentation.
- Organize safety training, awareness campaigns, and related EHS activities for employees and contractors.
Qualifications
- Age 22–25 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75.
- 0-2 years of experience in Safety or Occupational Health; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in Safety within a manufacturing environment is a plus.
