Responsibilities
- ทบทวน ปรับปรุง และเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขเครดิตของลูกค้า เช่น วงเงินเครดิต เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน และระยะเวลาการชำระเงิน (AR)
- บันทึกข้อมูลรายละเอียดเครดิตของลูกค้าและผลการวิเคราะห์เข้าสู่ระบบ
- ตรวจสอบการชำระเงินของลูกค้าจากช่องทางต่างๆ อาทิ บัตรเครดิต การโอนชำระเงิน และการรับเช็ค
- บันทึกบัญชีข้อมูลการชำระเงินในระบบ
- ออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อนัดหมายวันวางบิล รับเช็ค และวันชำระเงินตามรอบบัญชี
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการวางบิลหรือกรณีที่ลูกค้าปฏิเสธการชำระเงิน
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการทำงานด้านการเงิน
- มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต
