Responsibilities
- Collect, structure, and clean data from internal databases, ERPs, spreadsheets, and external channels.
- Maintain data quality, ensuring the completeness, consistency, and accuracy of all datasets.
- Analyze data to identify underlying trends, operational patterns, cost-reduction areas, and strategic opportunities for sales growth.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze comprehensive Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to forecast future financial performance.
- Analyze company cost structures to identify operational inefficiencies and areas for expense minimization.
- Create, deploy, and maintain standardized automated templates and dashboards using BI tools to communicate key metrics to stakeholders and monthly performance reports to partners.
- Consolidate sales forecasts across multiple sales channels and convert them into unified, easy-to-read dashboards.
- Review Free of Charge (FOC) allocations and sales reports from the On-Trade team, systematically recording and tracking sales/FOC data per individual outlet, in collaboration with Marketing and On-Trade teams.
- Prepare high-stakes reporting packages for management meetings, including:
- Closing Stock vs. Sales Performance
- Sales Performance by Division
- Aging Inventory & Expiry Tracking
- Ad-hoc reports as assigned by management.
- Architect and apply effective prompts using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or native BI AI features) to automate narrative report writing, summarize monthly trends, and expedite complex data queries.
- Utilize AI capabilities within modern BI platforms to build self-updating template dashboards that reduce manual compilation hours.
- Leverage AI assistants to quickly write, optimize, or troubleshoot queries (such as SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, or DAX formulas).
- Serve as the core point of contact for the SFA (Sales Force Automation) application, tracking On-Trade sales performance, updating the central Outlet Database, troubleshooting technical app issues, and ensuring alignment with the SFA team.
- Collaborate with diverse departments to understand their unique data needs and ensure analytical outputs directly support broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in Corporate or Business Planning.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools such as Excel, Power Query, and AI.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
