Responsibilities
- Research & Apply Innovative Technologies: Study technological trends and material evolutions across various industries to apply them to SHERA's business, proposing new commercial products or improving existing ones to enhance market competitiveness.
- Monitor Market Trends: Survey and track market responses and demands regarding construction materials to align product development with market directions.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Marketing and Product Managers to define and present product unique selling points (USPs), driving new product launches smoothly according to internal workflows.
- Manage NPI Operations: Coordinate the setup of operational systems and trial runs for producing new SKUs, packaging, OEM products, and other tasks within the NPI scope.
- Support R&D Initiatives: Assist the Innovation Center's research projects by providing precise experimental data and conducting market surveys to ensure successful product launches.
- Maintain Quality & Compliance Systems: Execute system workflows in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18000 standards to successfully secure third-party certifications.
- Project Driving: Actively communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to effectively drive projects to completion.
- Evaluate EHS Risks: Assess environmental, health, and safety risks associated with the production of new products.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in New Product Introduction, Production, or other relate field.
- Age preferably 25 years up.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant field.
- Knowledge in SAP is prefer.
- Has computer skill, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Drawing.
- Ability to coordinate well.

- Five - day work week.
