R&D Scientist (Nakornpathom Plant) - Shera Public Company Limited

In this R&D Scientist role based at our Nakornpathom Plant, you will be instrumental in the research and development of new coating formulations, as well as enhancing the performance of existing products to meet required specifications. Your responsibilities will include testing and evaluating various raw materials, new technologies, and processes to improve product effectiveness and optimize costs. You will analyze test results, provide crucial support during the scale-up phase to production, and actively troubleshoot any issues related to coating products. This position requires a background in Material Science, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or a related field, with experience in the paints and coatings industry. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities, be able to work independently, and contribute effectively within a team environment.
