Responsibilities
- Develop new products, materials, and technologies.
- Design products and conduct performance testing.
- Analyze data and solve technical problems.
- Plan R&D activities and execute projects.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in research and development, material development, or product development.
