Responsibilities
- ออกสัญญาลูกค้า
- ทำเอกสารทางบัญชีได้แก่ ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษี ใบเสร็จรับเงิน เป็นต้น
- บันทึกรายการทางบัญชี ตลอดจนกระทบตัวเลขรายการบัญชี
- วางบิล/รับวางบิล
- จัดทำแบบรายงานภาษี เช่น การจัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ ภาษีขาย ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย เป็นต้น
- จัดทำรายงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ และ เจ้าหนี้
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
• อายุ 23-30 ปี
• จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญาตรี คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการบัญชี/การเงิน/การบริหาร
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านปิดบัญชีบริษัทฯ และด้านบัญชีภาษีบริษัทฯ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะ MS Word and MS Excel
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และ รับผิดชอบงานสูง มีความกระตือรือร้น และเรียนรู้งานเร็ว
• รักและชอบเรียนรู้งานด้านตัวลข และงานด้านเอกสาร และพร้อมเรียนรู้งานอื่นๆ
