Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคและช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในการแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของบริษัท
• ตอบคำถามและให้คำแนะนำแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ เครือข่าย และซอฟต์แวร์
• ติดตามและประสานงานกับทีมงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
• ร่วมพัฒนากระบวนการและเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการสนับสนุนลูกค้า
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ:
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• อายุไม่เกิน 28 ปี
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows และ Linux
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบเครือข่าย เช่น TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, Routing, Switching, และ VLAN
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคได้ดี
• สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
• มีความสามารถในการจัดการเวลาและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ
• มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งการพูด และการเขียนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
