Responsibilities
วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง
รับผิดชอบงานบัญชีและภาษีของบริษัทให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนตามมาตรฐานการบัญชี รวมถึงการปิดบัญชี จัดทำงบการเงิน และประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
• บันทึกและตรวจสอบรายการบัญชี พร้อมจัดทำเอกสารทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ดูแลงานบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP) บัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR) และบัญชีแยกประเภท (GL)
• กระทบยอดบัญชี และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายการทางบัญชี
• จัดทำและยื่นแบบภาษีต่าง ๆ เช่น ภ.พ.30, ภ.ง.ด.1, ภ.ง.ด.3 และ ภ.ง.ด.53 และภาษีอื่นๆ ทเกี่ยวข้อง
• รับผิดชอบการปิดบัญชีรายเดือน และรายปี
• จัดทำงบทดลอง รายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน และรายงานทางการเงินสำหรับผู้บริหาร
• จัดทำรายการปรับปรุงทางบัญชี และวิเคราะห์ความถูกต้องของงบการเงิน
• ประสานงานและจัดเตรียมข้อมูลสำหรับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก รวมถึงตอบข้อซักถามที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงานกับกรมสรรพากร หน่วยงานราชการ และหน่วยงานภายในบริษัท
• สนับสนุนการพัฒนาระบบงานบัญชีและการควบคุมภายใน
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
• อายุ 26 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
• สามารถปิดบัญชีรายเดือนและรายปีได้ด้วยตนเอง
• สามารถจัดทำงบการเงินและรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงินได้
• มีประสบการณ์ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก
• มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานการบัญชีและภาษีอากร
• มีคุณสมบัติเป็นผู้ทำบัญชีตามหลักเกณฑ์ของสภาวิชาชีพบัญชี และสามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้ทำบัญชีของบริษัทได้
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel และโปรแกรมบัญชี หรือ ERP ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และมีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และประสานงานภายในองค์กรที่ดี
