Senior Accounting & Finance Manager - ADB Sealant Co., Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

1. Performance Analysis & Strategic Planning: Analyze business performance, prepare budgets, and develop cash flow plans to strengthen the company’s liquidity.

2. Team Management: Manage, supervise, and develop the capabilities of the Accounting & Finance team to achieve departmental objectives.

3. Internal Control & Taxation: Oversee the internal control system, ensure tax compliance and accuracy, and coordinate with external auditors.

   Qualifications:

   1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
   2. Hold a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CPD (Certified Bookkeeper) license/certificate.
   3. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting and finance at the managerial level.
   4. Good command of English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
   5. In-depth knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) / International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), tax laws, and financial planning.
   6. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
