Responsibilities
1. ควบคุมดูแลและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานของส่วนงานผลิตสีน้ำทาอาคารเพื่อให้ผลิตผลและคุณภาพได้ตามเป้าหมาย
2. ประสิทธิภาพการผลิตควบคุมและปรับปรุงการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่มผลิตผลทางการผลิต
3. บริหารต้นทุนในการผลิตให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ เสนอการปรับปรุง เพื่อลดต้นทุนการผลิต เช่น การลดเวลาการใช้เครื่องจักร, การลดการทำงานซ้ำซ้อน ฯลฯ
4. ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และได้คุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด ตรวจเช็คคน และเครื่องจักรให้การผลิตถูกต้องตรงตามสูตรเพื่อคุณภาพสีตามที่กำหนด
5. ดูแลและร่วมกิจกรรมความปลอดภัยเพื่อลดการเกิดอุบัติเหตุในการทำงาน
Qualifications
- ชาย/หญิง อายุระหว่าง 35 - 45 ปี
- ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิศวกรรมเคมี, วิศวกรรมการผลิต หรือ สาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเคมี หรืออุตสาหกรรมอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ดำรงตำแหน่งระดับหัวหน้างานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจกระบวนการผลิตเคมีภัณฑ์
- มีความสามารถวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนคำนวณจุดคืนทุน
- มีเทคนิคในการแก้ปัญหาและตัดสินใจอย่างเป็นระบบ
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีความเข้าใจในเรื่องมาตรฐาน ISO 9001
- มีประสบการณ์ใช้ SAP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
