• Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers/manufacturers

• Prepare purchase orders (PO) and follow up on import processes to ensure on-time delivery.

• Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and logistics departments.

• Inspect product quality and resolve purchasing-related issues.

• Develop and maintain a supplier database in China.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Chinese Language, or related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in overseas purchasing (experience with China sourcing is an advantage).

• Proficiency in Chinese language (speaking, reading, and writing).

• Knowledge of import processes, customs documentation, and international logistics.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with ERP systems is a plus).

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
