Responsibilities
- วางแผนและจัดทำแผนการผลิต (Production Planning) สำหรับสินค้า Template และ Fabricate
- ปรับปรุงและอัปเดตแผนการผลิต รวมถึงประสานงานให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องรับทราบ
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามความพร้อมของวัตถุดิบ (Material) และบรรจุภัณฑ์ (Packaging)
- จัดทำและคำนวณโปรแกรมการผลิต (Extrusion Program)
- จัดทำแผนการผลิตรายวัน (Daily Plan) และควบคุมการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- เปิดและจัดการ Production Order ในระบบ (เช่น SAP)
- ประสานงานการผลิตทั้งภายในและงาน Outsource
- ติดตามผลการผลิต วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อให้ส่งมอบได้ตามกำหนด
- จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน และรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- คำนวณและควบคุมการใช้ Packaging ให้เพียงพอต่อการผลิต รวมถึงจัดทำ Packaging List
- ประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้กระบวนการผลิตดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนการผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้าน Production Planning, Material Planning หรือ Supply Chain จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ SAP หรือระบบ ERP อื่น ๆ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล แก้ไขปัญหา และวางแผนงานอย่างเป็นระบบ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่ายได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และบริหารเวลาได้ดี

What you will do
