Responsibilities
1. Responsible for assisting in technical support work such as troubleshooting, vehicle certification, and handling of difficult problems on the market side.
2. Responsible for assisting market-side after-sales operation management, and responsible for store-side inspection, assessment and support.
3. Responsible for the implementation of store-side technical training.
4. Responsible for the study and transfer of technical documents such as training courseware, technical journals, video courseware, and guidance documents.
5. Responsible for other tasks arranged by superior leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above is preferred, major in electrical engineering,vehicle engineering, machinery.
- Familiar with the passenger car industry, more than 3 years of experience in the passenger car industry is preferred.
- Those with market-side after-sales management experience are preferred.
- Able to adjust to frequent business trip.
- A valid driver's license.
