Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the assessment and management of passenger car Dealer.
2. Responsible for improving the quality of after-sales operation of the service shop, including workshop management and service process, etc.
3. Responsible for the execution and control of commercial policies for passenger cars.
4. Responsible for the management of passenger car after-sales channels, including the implementation and updating of store building standards.
5. Responsible for the review of new shop design drawings and audit of new stores.
6. Responsible for BP channel management, including certification and managing improvement.
7. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall after-sales operation objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above is preferred, Can Speak Chinese is preferred.
- Able to communicate in Thai and English (or Thai and Chinese) proficiently.
- Familiar with the passenger car industry in Thailand, more than 3 years of related experience is preferred.
- Those with experience in after-sales operation and management of passenger car channels are preferred.
- Can adapt to frequent business trips.
- Responsible, positive working attitude, strong learning ability.
- A valid driver’s license is required for business trips.
