Responsibilities
1. Maintain and manage service provider basic information, including business scope and service coverage.
2. Maintain and update service provider employee account information.
3. Manage and maintain service provider repair-related basic information.
4. Maintain service provider warranty and claim-related basic information.
5. Maintain and update customer and vehicle information in the system.
6. Assist service providers in troubleshooting system-related operational issues and report issues to headquarters.
7. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, Application Support (L1/L2), Business Analyst or Technical Sales Support role.
- Basic understanding of databases (basic SQL queries).
- Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve software and system issues effectively.
- Ticketing Systems Experience with incident management and ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Desk).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
- Professional and empathetic demeanor when handling customer inquiries and escalations.
- Proven ability to effectively coordinate and negotiate between external customers and various internal teams under pressure.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
- A valid driver's license.
