Responsibilities

1. Market & Sales Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the automotive industry across various regions. Identify key drivers affecting retail sales to formulate network expansion strategies and boost overall sales performance.
2. Strategic Network Planning: Develop and implement a nationwide network expansion plan to ensure optimal market coverage in strategic locations.
3. Financial Advisory & Strategy: Analyze dealer business health, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. Provide expert consultation on cost management and develop financial strategies to ensure partners achieve sustainable long-term growth.
4. Operational Efficiency: Innovate and implement strategies for cost reduction in administration and services without compromising company standards or customer experience.
5. Reporting & Presentation: Prepare comprehensive project progress reports and present network development strategies to executive management to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Planning, or Network Development. (Direct experience in the Automotive Industry is highly preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
  • Proven ability to write and summarize high-level project performance reports and executive summaries.
  • Good command of English. (Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage).
  • Ability to work on-site and travel to provinces for dealer visits and inspections as required.
