Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the warehouse operations for the company’s canteen in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate between supervisors, internal teams, and relevant departments
- Translate documents and communicate with the head office in China
- Prepare and maintain documents related to the canteen unit
- Strictly manage the receiving, issuing, and storage of materials in compliance with warehouse procedures
- Plan and control raw material inventory to align with operational needs and support daily food preparation for employees
- Inspect and process returns of materials that do not meet quality standards
- Monitor and ensure all warehouse activities follow standard operating procedures
- Prepare and verify warehouse reports and documents with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese language or any related field
- Proficiency in Chinese communication (spoken and written)
- HSK Level 4 certificate or above
- Solid knowledge and understanding of warehouse management principles and procedures
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Experience in canteen or food-related warehouse management is a strong advantage
