Market Research & Analysis
-Conduct in-depth local market research on topics such as brand localization, sales & dealer management, customer experience, and after-sales service.
-Analyze gaps between corporate training direction and local operation needs.

Curriculum Development

-Perform interviews, surveys, and field observations to collect frontline insights.

-Extract real-world case studies and transform them into standardized training modules and materials.

Training Delivery & Implementation

-Execute training programs end-to-end: planning, delivery, feedback collection, and follow-up actions.

-Ensure alignment with regional business goals and coordinate with HQ where necessary.

Data-Driven Optimization

-Track training metrics (e.g. attendance, satisfaction, learning effectiveness).Adjust training content, structure, or delivery methods based on performance data and feedback.

Cross-Cultural Collaboration

-Work closely with regional and global L&D teams to ensure the training strategy and execution are in sync.

-Assist in translating and adapting HQ content for local delivery while maintaining core message consistency.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Languages, Education, Psychology, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or other related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, preferably in the automotive industry. Candidates with overseas training development or delivery experience are highly valued.
• Fluent in Thai and English (must be able to train in both languages). Proficiency in Chinese for internal communication is a strong plus.
• Skilled in courseware development (PowerPoint, video tools, LMS), Microsoft Office, and virtual learning platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
