Responsibilities
1. Assist and audit claim request workflows to ensure they comply with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Provide support to distributors regarding any problems encountered within the claim workflow.
3. Check and calculate the total claimed amount on a monthly basis.
4. Assist in evaluating the performance of the submitters regarding the claim workflow.
5. Assist in planning for technicians to follow up on claimed parts for physical inspection.
6. Prepare and present weekly and yearly documents and reports to Management.
7. Assist and coordinate with the Training division for warranty claim training sessions.
8. Execute additional tasks as assigned by the manager or management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field.
2. Background in claim audit inspection or a related field.
3. Proficiency in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
4. Must be proficient in Chinese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
5. Skilled in using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and claim handling procedures.
7. Strong administrative document skills, high patience, and keen attention to detail.
