• กำลังศึกษาระดับปวส. หรือระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ รัฐศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สามารถเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกงานหรือสหกิจศึกษาตามระยะเวลาที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด
• สนใจเรียนรู้งานด้าน Recruitment และ Employee Relations (ER)
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
• มีความรับผิดชอบ กระตือรือร้น และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) ได้
• หากมีความสนใจหรือมีพื้นฐานด้าน Microsoft 365, Forms, Power Automate, AI หรือ Digital Tools จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถฝึกงานที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมนวนคร จ.ปทุมธานีได้
