Responsibilities

  • Process inventory transactions for finished goods transferred from the assembly line to the Finished Goods Warehouse.
  • Prepare finished goods and service parts for shipment according to the delivery schedule.
  • Prepare and control shipping documents, including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Mark, Packing Details, and other related documents.
  • Coordinate with Production, Export, and related departments to ensure on-time shipment.
  • Check inventory quantities and ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
  • Monitor finished goods availability and shipment status to meet delivery requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain warehouse and shipping records in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Support loading and shipment activities and coordinate with relevant parties when shipment issues occur.
  • Support inventory control and periodic stock counting.
  • Comply with company requirements related to Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications

  • Thai nationality. Male or Female, 25- 30 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or other related fields.
  • 1–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, or related fields.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of inventory control and shipping processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to communicate in English for work purposes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with related departments.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work accurately with documents and numerical data.
  • Able to work under time constraints and manage multiple tasks effectively.
