Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of machinery used in wire harness production lines.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure equipment operates efficiently to support production targets.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize machine downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Analyze machine breakdowns and production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support machine installation, setup, trial runs, and commissioning for new production lines or new models.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve machine efficiency and product quality.
• Control and maintain spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure availability for production support.
• Prepare and maintain machine maintenance records, reports, and related technical documents.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity, reduce defects, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in machine maintenance or manufacturing processes in wire harness production is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PLC, pneumatic systems, sensors, and automation systems is preferred.
• Able to analyze and troubleshoot machine and production process problems effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work under pressure and support production as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic engineering documentation.
• Positive attitude, fast learner, and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
