Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, product quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize process documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process validation, and smooth transition from pilot production to mass production.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing process issues using problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and PDCA.
  • Monitor and analyze production data, including Yield, OEE, Cycle Time, and Defect Rate, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and optimize process parameters to ensure stable production performance and product quality.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Equipment, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Support root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality and process-related issues.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities.
  • Prepare technical reports, process analysis, and improvement proposals for management review.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and production improvement.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Line Balancing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of quality and problem-solving tools such as PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone Diagram.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing, PCBA, Battery, ESS, or Solar Energy industries will be an advantage.
  • Good command of English. Chinese language skills will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Working Hours : Monday – Saturday
