Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain test programs, including Functional Test (FCT), Functional Testing, Aging Test, and other related test procedures.
  • Design, evaluate, and improve testing fixtures and equipment to support production requirements.
  • Develop, review, and optimize test instructions, operating procedures, and calibration methods.
  • Define and optimize test equipment parameters to ensure product quality and testing efficiency.
  • Manage preventive maintenance (PM) activities, calibration schedules, and maintenance costs for testing equipment.
  • Improve testing equipment performance, increase test efficiency, and reduce energy consumption.
  • Optimize testing processes and methodologies to shorten test cycle time while maintaining product quality.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and investigate product failures, providing technical feedback and corrective actions to relevant departments.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), production transfer, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with Production, Process, Quality, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of inverter assembly processes, testing methodologies, and manufacturing operations.
  • Familiar with Functional Test (FCT), Aging Test, and electrical testing equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with AutoCAD, PLC programming, or electrical design software is an advantage.
  • Able to fabricate wiring harnesses and operate common electrical measuring instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written). Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
